Ordered two organic rosemary plants in November. When they arrived, the roots on one plant were no longer attached. I reached out immediately to the seller, but was told it was fine, to water daily, and it would bounce back. Repeated contact with the seller over 3-1/2 months, showing the dried up/dead plant vs. the healthy live one, requesting either replacement or refund of half the purchase, were met with "wait a few more weeks" or it's "very healthy!" Only after I opened a case with Etsy did the seller make any attempt to rectify a bad situation. Ultimately I was refunded half of what I paid, but the seller was not helpful, and did not seem to care or be bothered that they had sold me a dead plant.
